We offer graduate opportunities across Product Creation, Design, Manufacturing Operations, Commercial and Corporate functions.
We typically look for candidates studying towards or holding a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree. Specific degree requirements will be outlined in each vacancy.
The programme combines structured development, hands-on experience, mentoring, and rotational opportunities where applicable. It's designed to help you build both technical capability and leadership skills.
We're looking for potential, not perfection. We value curiosity, resilience, ownership, creativity, and a genuine passion for learning and making an impact.
No. While relevant experience is beneficial, we welcome graduates from a broad range of backgrounds and are interested in transferable skills, potential, and passion.
You could be working in any area within our Product Creation function. We look for strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and technical curiosity.
Whether your focus is Interior Design, Exterior Design, CMF, UX/UI, or Digital Design, we're looking for strong creative ability, attention to detail, and an impressive portfolio demonstrating your design thinking.
We look for individuals who enjoy solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and working within world-class manufacturing environments where precision matters.
Graduates joining corporate functions should demonstrate commercial awareness, strategic thinking, collaboration, and strong communication skills.
No. Aston Martin Lagonda is the luxury automotive manufacturer responsible for designing, engineering, and building Aston Martin road cars. Our graduate opportunities sit within the automotive business rather than the Formula One™ team.
We welcome applications from talented graduates around the world. Please review the specific right-to-work and eligibility requirements listed on each vacancy.
Most graduate opportunities are based at our Gaydon headquarters in Warwickshire or our St Athan facility in South Wales. Some roles may offer exposure to multiple sites during the programme.
Some opportunities may require relocation depending on your current location and the role's base site. Full details will be provided within each vacancy.
We do not offer financial relocation assistance. However, once offers have been accepted, we help connect graduates within the same intake who may wish to discuss accommodation options, house-sharing, or car-sharing arrangements.
Public transport to our sites is limited and may not be suitable for daily commuting. Most employees drive or arrange car sharing, and access to reliable transport is strongly recommended.
Yes. However, given the locations of our sites and limited public transport options, you'll need to carefully consider how you'll travel to site reliably on a daily basis.
No. Graduate opportunities are linked to specific business locations, and we cannot accommodate relocation requests to alternative sites.
You'll begin your graduate programme with a structured two-week induction, typically held near our Gaydon headquarters. This provides an opportunity to learn about the business, meet fellow graduates, and understand what to expect from the programme.
Yes. You'll join a graduate cohort from across the business, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, shared learning, and professional development throughout the programme.
If you've received a conditional offer, it will be dependent on meeting the minimum academic requirements for the programme. If your final results differ from those requirements, we'll review your circumstances and discuss the next steps with you.
Graduate programmes are designed around specific development plans and business requirements, so moving roles during the programme isn't typically possible. However, we encourage conversations about career aspirations and development opportunities throughout your time with us.
The graduate programme is a two-year fixed-term contract. Towards the end of the programme, we'll review your performance and available opportunities within the business. While permanent employment cannot be guaranteed, many graduates successfully progress into permanent roles with Aston Martin.
