Successful candidates will attend an assessment centre, typically including a competency-based interview, technical assessments (where relevant), group exercises, problem-solving activities, and a presentation.
Following the assessment centre, we'll review all feedback and confirm the outcome. Regardless of the result, candidates who attend the assessment centre will receive constructive verbal feedback. Successful candidates will receive a formal offer and begin onboarding.
